Hello Lifegroup Leaders!

I thank God for you daily! If you weren’t there on Sunday, listen to the Podcast! Joe did an incredible job walking us through the sending out of the 12 disciples in Mark 6:6-13. With honesty and vulnerability, he let the scriptures speak to the various hangups we often have with evangelism so that we can lift up our eyes to see the harvest as God sees it. • Prepare for Harvest: Church-Wide Prayer Meeting - Sunday, March 2nd from 5pm to 6:15pm

  If you consider Antioch Dallas your church home, you’re invited! During this time we will share testimonies and pray earnestly for God to move in and through us as the Lord of the harvest.

• Antioch Movement Prayer & Fast - February 24th-26th

  Join with the entire Antioch Movement to pray & fast together as we lean into our “Prepare for Harvest” theme this year.

Lifegroup Best Practice of the Week:

When you delegate to your LG members, don’t forget to coach them as well! When you assign a part of Lifegroup to someone in your group ALWAYS take a moment to reach out and touch base to be sure they know what to do, when to do it, and how to do it well in a way that blesses the group. We have delegation resources HERE that you can provide to your LG members so they know not only what to avoid doing but also what are best practices. This develops and equips them in their leadership skills and is a great way to care for them. For example, our How to Lead Worship in Lifegroup resource has helped many a Lifegroup remove distractions so people can experience the presence of God.
